Rare Period 18Th C English Pagoda Top Tall Case ClockThis auction is for a fantastic 18th c period english tall case with a rare pagoda top! I did some reasearch on this and belieev it is pre 1750. If anyone has any thoughts ro input i would love to hear from you. I am a clock collector, and i am clearing out alot of parts and clokcs out of my collection so please check out my other auctions. If you can find a movement and dial for this clock yuo will have a gem! I have seen pagoda top tall case lcocks sell for 10,000 + pounds. It is in good condition for its age, but will need a little wood wood and tlc. It is missing a few mouldings here and there, but over all is solid and compleate! Has original hardware. The case is 95 tall the pagoda top rises 8 off the top of the case the upper section of the case is 11/3/4 deep the case where the center door is 8 deep the base is 19 wide and 9.5 inches deep. The opening ofr the dial is over all 18 heigh including the arch. And 13 wide. The arch is 10.5 inches with 1 1/4 on each side (which gets the 13 total at the bottom) the square section of the dial will be 12 7/8 x 13 (basicly 13x13) the hood si 7 1/2 inches deep with door open behind the inner ridge for the movement. Shipping ot the east coast is $425 crated to your door. $345 on teh west coast.
